Withdraw from contract

Use this page to withdraw from a contract you concluded online with MoreThanCareer.de, for example the AI coach subscription. You do not need an account or an access code.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. The details are in the withdrawal instructions. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your declaration before the period ends.

When you click “Confirm withdrawal”, you immediately see a receipt stating the content of your declaration and the date and time it was received. You receive the same receipt by email.

You find it in the Stripe payment confirmation. It helps to match the contract but is not required.
