I ask the questions I would ask if I were screening you for a role, because that is the fastest way to find where the problem actually sits. At the end I tell you which service fits, or that none of them does, which happens often enough to be worth saying out loud.
What the call is not is the work itself. I will not rewrite your CV on the call or hand you the fix for your search. Twenty free minutes is enough to understand your situation and to let you judge whether you want to work with me. It is not enough to solve it, and pretending otherwise would waste your time and mine.
Email usually within one working day, often the same day. LinkedIn is slower because the inbox is noisier. If something is time-critical, an interview on Thursday or an offer that expires, say so in the subject line and it moves to the front.
German, English and Polish. Sessions run in whichever of the three you are most comfortable thinking in, which is not always the language of the target role. Documents can be written in one language and discussed in another; that combination is common for clients applying into German-speaking employers from elsewhere in Europe.
Use the vacancy form on the employer page rather than this one. It asks for the four things I need to tell you within a day whether I can help: the role, the company, what has been tried, and where it is stuck. Engagement fees are quoted on request after that conversation.
