1. Data we collect

This site sets no cookies, runs no classic server-side logging of personal data, and uses no advertising profiling. When you visit the site, technically necessary data is transmitted to our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.): IP address, date and time of request, requested URL, browser user-agent. Netlify stores this data anonymised for up to 30 days (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in security and stability).

2. Analytics (GoatCounter)

We use GoatCounter for privacy-friendly visitor statistics. GoatCounter sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and does not track individuals across sites. Only aggregated, anonymous page-view counts are collected (path, referrer, browser language, screen resolution). Legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can self-exclude by appending ?gc-exclude=1 to any URL.

3. Google Ads conversion tracking

If you arrive via a Google Ads campaign, Google Ads conversion tracking is used (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin). A cookie is set on ad click for conversion attribution. Legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can disable this in your browser cookie settings.

4. Contact and bookings

Free getting-to-know-you calls are booked via Zeeg (provider: Zeeg GmbH, Berlin). When you book, your name, email and chosen time are transmitted to Zeeg and to Andreas Schulz. Legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Email contact (andreas.schulz@morethancareer.de) is processed under the same basis.

5. Newsletter

The "Inner Circle" newsletter is operated via MailerLite Ireland Ltd., Dublin. Double opt-in: after subscribing you receive a confirmation email and are only added as a subscriber after confirming. Unsubscribe link in every email. Legal basis Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

6. Hosting (Netlify)

Hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Data transfer to the USA is on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and Netlify's DPA.

7. Google Fonts

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin). Your IP address is transmitted to Google on page load. Legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). Competent supervisory authority for Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Friedrichstr. 219, 10969 Berlin.
