How long does delivery take?

Will my CV pass ATS systems like Workday or Eightfold?

No honest provider can guarantee an outcome, but every CV is built from daily, hands-on experience with the ATS platforms used across DACH pharma (Eightfold, Workday), so structure, parsing and keywords match how these systems actually read applications.

Do you write German Lebensläufe as well as English CVs?

Yes. Documents are written in German, English or Polish, including the German Lebenslauf format where DACH conventions differ from the international CV.

Is a cover letter included?

The Professional package includes an individually tailored cover letter and the Executive package a bespoke cover letter plus an executive biography. The Starter package focuses on CV and LinkedIn.

How confidential is the process?

Strictly confidential, many clients are employed executives in discreet searches. Documents and career details are never shared, and there are no public client lists.

Can you also run my job search for me?

For roles in Germany, yes.
