Who this page is for
People with two or more years inside the pharma industry, up to senior management. CRAs, MSLs, regulatory and pharmacovigilance specialists, QA, clinical operations, data, supply chain, marketing and the managers who run those teams. Everything priced on this page is priced for that level.
Where you actually stand
You are past the stage where getting a reply is the problem. Your CV works well enough to open doors that are already open. What it does not do is move you sideways into a function you have not held, or up into a job that is one level above your last title.
Two things get in the way. Your CV reads as a list of responsibilities rather than a record of outcomes, so a reader cannot tell what changed because you were there. And the roles that would actually be a step up are often filled through conversations before anyone writes a posting. Around 27 to 30 per cent of vacancies are never advertised at all.
Restructuring has made this sharper. When a large employer cuts a layer of management, the people it releases are competent, senior and available all at once, and they compete for the same roles you want. Positioning stops being cosmetic in that market.
What I bring to it
17 years in recruitment. 14 of them in pharma and CRO environments, the most recent 9 at Bayer AG and the 5 years before that at ICON and Syneos Health, two Global Top 3 CROs. I have written the briefs, cut the shortlists and sat in the calibration meetings where candidates at your level were compared against each other.
CV and LinkedIn rewrite
A premium CV of two to three pages, rebuilt around achievements rather than duties, with a cover letter tailored to your target position. A 45-minute strategy session before I start, two revision rounds afterwards, delivery within five working days.
The LinkedIn version adds a complete profile overhaul and a longer 60-minute session. At your level LinkedIn is where in-house recruiters and search consultants find you, so the profile has to carry the same positioning as the CV rather than a shortened copy of it.
CV only €299 net. CV and LinkedIn together €399 net.
Coaching and consulting
ACCELERATOR is the programme for this group. Six 45-minute consultancy sessions, a Market and Salary Positioning Brief written for your function and region, a cover letter template, and eight weeks of messaging support between sessions.
It covers the move you are actually trying to make: how to argue for a level you have not formally held, what your function is paying in DACH right now, how to handle the interview questions that decide promotions, and how to negotiate once an offer is on the table.
ACCELERATOR €2,395 net.
Single 45-minute consultancy sessions are €249 net if you want one conversation rather than a programme.
Reverse recruitment
Reverse recruitment means the search runs with you rather than around you. I look for roles that are a strong or very strong match, including ones that are hard to find from the outside, and I discuss each of them with you. Nothing is submitted anywhere without your consent for that specific role, which matters when you are looking while still employed.
You also get a target company list of the organisations worth networking into, guidance on how to do that networking, and the message templates to do it with. I take no fee from employers and hold no mandates, so there is no role I need you to take.
Tier 2 is the tier for this group. It runs at three depths.
TARGETED, four weeks
Positioning workshop, an ATS-readable CV, a cover letter framework, a LinkedIn rewrite, a curated target company list and a briefing on the DACH pharma market. The active search runs for four weeks. €3,950 net.
MANAGED, eight weeks
Everything in TARGETED, plus intelligence on named target companies, interview preparation before each round and evaluation of any offer that arrives. The active search runs for eight weeks. €6,450 net.
DEDICATED, twelve weeks
Everything in MANAGED, plus preparation for assessment centres, case studies and panel formats, and continuous availability until you sign or the engagement closes. The active search runs for twelve weeks. €8,950 net.
If this is not your level
Fewer than two years inside the industry, or still studying or in research, puts you on the page for students and academia. Lead, Head of, Director, VP or C-level, or a search you need kept confidential, puts you on the page for directors and executives. Each page carries the pricing for that level.
Frequently asked questions
I am employed and cannot let this become visible. How is that handled?
Nothing leaves the engagement without your written consent, and in reverse recruitment that consent is given role by role, so you always know exactly what has gone where. There is no database, no mass mailing and no public signal on your profile.
Can I book a single session instead of a programme?
Yes. A 45-minute consultancy session at your level is €249 net. Interview coaching, salary negotiation coaching and Arbeitszeugnis decoding are also available as standalone products at €349 net each, independent of level.
What is the difference between ACCELERATOR and reverse recruitment?
In ACCELERATOR you run the search and I prepare you for it. In reverse recruitment I run the search alongside you, find the roles, and prepare and submit each application in your name after you have consented to that specific role.
Is the fee tax-deductible?
For most employed and job-seeking professionals in Germany it can be claimed as Werbungskosten or Fortbildungskosten, because the money is spent to secure or maintain employment income. If you are leaving through an Aufhebungsvertrag you may also have an employer-funded outplacement budget, and in many cases you can direct that budget to a provider of your choice. I am not a tax adviser, so check your own case with one.
