Cancel contract

Use this page to cancel a contract you concluded online with MoreThanCareer.de, for example the AI coach subscription. You do not need an account or an access code.

The monthly plan runs for at least three months and can then be cancelled to the end of any month. The annual plan runs for twelve months at first. After that it continues until you cancel and can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. Anything you paid in advance for the time after the end date is refunded pro rata.

When you click “Cancel now”, you immediately see a confirmation stating the content of your cancellation, the date and time it was received and when the contract ends. You receive the same confirmation by email.

Within fourteen days of concluding the contract you can instead withdraw from the contract.
