Confirm cancellation
The cancellation takes effect on the first date the contract allows: at the end of the minimum term while it is still running, after that at the end of the paid month on the monthly plan, and one month after the cancellation on the annual plan once the first twelve months are over. Access stays open until then. On the annual plan, anything you paid in advance for the time after the end date is refunded pro rata.
Cancel or withdraw without an access code
You can also cancel or withdraw without a code and without a login: use Cancel contracts here and Withdraw from contract. You receive a confirmation with the date and time of receipt straight away.
Lost your code
A short email to andreas.schulz@morethancareer.de from the address you paid with is enough.
Cancelling by email
If the button above does not work, an email to andreas.schulz@morethancareer.de with the word cancellation does the job. You get a confirmation with the date the contract ends.
