Prefer flexibility or need targeted help with one specific challenge, an offer on the table, an interview on Friday, a stalled search? Individual 45-minute sessions, priced by career stage: students and academia, professionals and managers, executives. Full payment on booking; bank transfer or PayPal.

How to choose a pharma career coach

Whoever you consider, me or anyone else, check four things before paying:

• Inside experience, not just certificates. Has this person actually sat in pharma hiring decisions? Screening CVs, advising hiring managers, running salary negotiations?
• Current ATS knowledge. Ask which applicant tracking systems they work with. If the answer is vague, your CV advice will be too.
• Function breadth. Pharma is not one market: Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, PV, QA, Market Access, R&D, Data Science, Manufacturing and Commercial hire differently.
• Transparent prices and verifiable reviews. Published prices and public Google reviews beat testimonials on a slide.

Coaching or reverse recruitment?

In a coaching programme, you run the search and I equip you. In reverse recruitment, I run the campaign with you for roles in Germany, searching for strong-match roles and writing a tailored application for every role you green-light, which you send yourself. Coaching suits professionals who have time and want to build lasting career skills; reverse recruitment suits those whose evenings are already spoken for, or who need discretion at executive level.

Individual consultancy sessions cost €199 (students and doctoral researchers), €249 (postdocs and industry seniors) or €349 (Executive) per 45 minutes. Individual sessions equate to roughly €265–€465 per full hour.

What is the difference between coaching and reverse recruitment?

In a coaching programme you run your search and I equip you, strategy, documents, interview preparation, negotiation. In reverse recruitment, for roles in Germany, I run the campaign with you: I search for strong-match roles, share each one with you, and write a tailored application for every role you green-light. You send it.

How long does a programme run?

Every programme runs six months from the first session. LAUNCHPAD includes 3 sessions with 4 weeks of messaging support, ACCELERATOR 5 sessions with 8 weeks of messaging support, NAVIGATOR 8 sessions with 16 weeks of priority messaging. The 45-minute sessions are scheduled freely within the six months at the pace of your search; unused sessions expire at the end.

In which languages do you coach?

German, English and Polish, all delivered via video call, wherever you are based.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, with 48 hours’ notice. With less notice a replacement slot cannot be guaranteed and the session is treated as held.

Do prices include VAT?

As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmer), I charge no VAT. All prices are final prices.
